We do offer custom orders. Use our request a quote page to find out more.

Can you re-design an image or logo/graphic I have?
Yes, if you can send us artwork you have we can edit it to achieve the desired clarity in the final printed product. There is a charge of $45.00 per hour for any and all graphic design needs. We only charge for the exact amount of time spent on your job, not the entire hour.

Can I send you artwork to use for the design?
Yes, as long as the file is of high resolution and quality. 300 DPI (dots per square inch) is our desired resolution for editing and printing. The BEST option is if you have your design in vector format or one of the following it would make our job a lot easier and your results alot faster. File formats (.psd .ai .tiff .psp .jpg .pdf .eps).

If you are designing my logo of graphic how long does it take?
This can take from 4-7 days for most designs and logos. The more revisions and designs you have may delay the finished product and installation. The time frame also depends on the artwork supplied, the size of the job (a vehicle stripe will take less time than a full vehicle wrap). 

How many proofs will I receive?
You will be e-mailed one proof per design and two revisions. Any additional, we will have to charge $45 an hour for another design. The more information you can give us about what you want the FIRST TIME the cheaper, better, and faster our service will be! 

Do I have to make a full payment before I see my design proof?
No, but we do require at least a 50% deposit (of your order total, including taxes) before we begin working or doing multiple design revisions. If there is special material we must order for your job, this will insure cost is covered and that we can get started quicker. This insures us that you mean to do business and neither of us is wasting our time. 

How long does it take to have a job printed?
ur standard turnaround time is 4-7 business days once we receive your artwork approval. We have very speedy turnaround times, so it may be faster. Installation should be scheduled at least one week ahead of time so we know we can take care and time with your job rather than rushing. Please contact us first for more information.

Do you provide rush services?
Yes, normally 15% of your total. 30% of your order total for next day orders. Rush installations are only available if our schedule permits it, we recommend contacting us sooner if possible. Contact us for more info.

Can I provide my own artwork?
Yes, we accept "Print ready" customer supplied files in the following formats (.AI, .EPS, .PSD, .PDF). PLEASE NOTE: Because of the variance in colors from monitor to monitor, we do not guarantee a 100% accurate color match on supplied files. If you would like to provide a PMS color for us to use, we will do everything in our part to match it the best we can. "Print ready" files do not include the following formats: Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint), low resolution jpegs, bitmaps.

Will I be charged for any revisions to my initial design?
Minor revisions such as color changes and sizes are free. Major revisions such as a complete redesign of even part of the design will be charged at a rate of $65.00 per hour.

What happens if I decide that I do not like any of the designs you have come up with and wish to take my business elsewhere?
You will not be charged cancellation fee for whatever designs you have been given. However, your 50% deposit is non-refundable! All designs are copyrighted and belong to us unless otherwise noted.

Do I get to keep the design files after it is a finished design?
If you provided the design or logo and we fixed it up for you, the cost was already paid for in the design fee. Therefore, you will be able to have that design. Designs we create from scratch are ours, and please contact us to figure out the details of getting the files to you or whether we can send them directly to the source (example: Tee-Shirt business, Web-Designer, etc.).
